Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Tortellini and Cheese Soup

I love sipping soups during the fall and winter seasons.  I love making homemade chicken soup the best but today I want to share a simple soup that I made up using what I had!  I made this several times and my family really enjoyed it.

I call it…

Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Tortellini and Cheese Soup

Here are my ingredients…

Organic Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Soup

Tortellini with Pesto Filling

Sour Cream

Shredded Cheese

Red Chili Pepper (optional-  I just sprinkle these on top of mine and my hubs’)

I just cooked the tortellini to package instructions, drained and added the soup.

Then, I add the sour cream, cheese and red peppers.

That’s it…so simple and yummy!

Then we enjoy!!
